3D Chromatin




As variants identified through GWAS often fall in non-coding regions, we have used promoter capture HiC to link the effects of long distance interactions between enhancers and gene promoter regions.

Integrating this information with gene expression and somatic mutation data, we are able to identify those regions that affect cellular and molecular responses.



We are further exploring these areas with cutting edge molecular technologies to improve the resolution of the interactions.
